Master in Civil and Commercial Law

This program of Fudan Law School aims at cultivating professionals and legal elites who have comprehensive knowledge of law, including basic legal system and relevant policies in China. The study of Law provides our students strong academic capacity and high proficiency in legal services in government offices, enterprises, International agencies and social organizations, especially in legislative, administrative and judicial organs, arbitral institutions, and top law firms.
