MS Corporate Law

The course aims to make participants acquire a wealth of specialist, theoretical and practical knowledge, on the main issues that the jurist and corporate lawyer are called to address in their daily activities. A distinctive feature of the course is the large space dedicated to subjects that are not mostly addressed in law degree courses, such as accounting and finance.
