To become a professional accountant, you need to successfully complete three levels of professional exams as well as on-the job training. If you successfully complete the BBS Business and Accounting, you will be exempt from the first level of these professional examinations (CAP 1 examinations from Chartered Accountants Ireland and equivalent examination papers from ACCA, CIMA and CPA professional accounting bodies).
