BA Honours Arts in Education

The Arts in Education degree will include numerous opportunities for you to gain first-hand experience of the arts in education, learning through the involvement in the arts themselves. Practical work in the arts during university sessions will be a feature. In addition, you will have real workplace learning projects with organisations which have a leading role in the arts regionally and nationally, and you will have an opportunity to undertake work experience in an international setting. This course gives you the opportunity not only to engage in this debate, but also to develop your understanding of what the arts are and how they pervade so much of society and of our lives as individuals.
