Its purpose is for health, economic and social sciences professionals to develop leadership and leadership skills, problem solving, planning, programming and administration of operating systems, for the constitution of a new generation of conductors of socio-health processes, that they can offer quality health services efficiently and can successfully face the changes in the financing models, organization of the offer and health care, which are also part of the State reform processes, which are underway.
