MTech in Integrated Electronics and Circuits

The IEC group is part of the Department of Electrical Engineering at IIT Delhi. The faculty and graduate students conduct research in all areas of VLSI design, ranging from device design, photonics, analog, mixed-signal, RF circuits, memory technologies, spintronics and MEMS.
