Masters Programme HR Management in Public Sector

The aim of the programme is to prepare students in the field of personnel management in government organizations as well as in government and municipal bodies responsible for policy development and implementation. Programme graduates will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to analyse the results of personnel audits of government organizations, work for government and municipal bodies in the field of personnel management, lead teaching activities and constructively engage with issues concerning the theory of public service and government organizations.
