MA in Art History in a Global Context Focus on East Asia

East Asian art history deals with the art and culture of China, Korea, and Japan. The object of study is eastern Asian art of all genres, from the neolithic to the present. Painting, calligraphy, sculpture, new media art, architecture, and garden art as well as the applied arts are all included.
