MSc Collective Catering

The duration of an academic year for a total of 60 credits, aims to train professionals / managers of collective and commercial catering services, providing a solid technical, managerial and legislative preparation.The monitoring of the results will be timely and the lessons will promote the interaction between teachers and students in order to facilitate a direct relationship.
