John Edgar Trust - Management Development Scheme

The course provides a unique opportunity with only a small number of places available. Participants should therefore be exceptional people who are most likely to benefit greatly from both the programmed events as well as the chance to share the experience with like-minded individuals and learn from each other. The selection panel will seek to identify individuals who are already established in a career in agriculture or rural-based business in southern England and are in, or about to take up, a position where they will be required to make management decisions.
