Description

The program of the international summer school was created by the academic staff of the Departments of mechanical Engineering, Mining Transport Machinery, Electronic Systems, Materials Science and Technology of Artistic Products.

The participants are offered a course of lectures and master classes on various areas of Mining Engineering and Electrical Engineering: the participants of the Summer School will learn about modern and innovative technologies in the field of engineering, transportation of rock mass, electrical engineering and materials science, etc.

During the workshops students will use laser complexes, perform calculations for conveyors and work with specialized software.

In addition to the main program participants will be able to visit the leading machine-building companies of St. Petersburg: “Mekhanobr-tekhnika”, “Laser Center”, “Kirovsky Zavod”, etc.

Students, graduate students and young scientists are invited to participate (specialties: “Mining Machines and Equipment”, “Mining Production Transport Systems”, “Automated Electromechanical Complexes and Systems”, “Materials Science and Technology of New Materials”, “Technology of Artistic Metal Processing”, etc.).
