International Cooperation

The long-term objectives in the  field of  international relations  and cooperation  were adopted in  May 2013, and they  are being  implemented through a wide range of activities:

• active participation  of the VSMU in the   international cooperation with the aim to improve the image of the VSMU
• joint artistic and research  initiatives
• increasing the network of international partners,  deepening the  partnerships with the  European and  non EU higher education  institutions
• supporting the  mobilities  of teaching , and non teaching  staff
• making the VSMU more visible in the  international   organisations,  their  structures, and governing  bodies

Academy of Performing Arts has been involved in the Erasmus  exchange programme since  the 1999/2000 academic year.  In the 2013 and 2014,  the Academy  renewed the  inter- institutional agreements with  the most of its partners,  currently, it has agreements with   around 125  European  universities.
