Biology

The Master in Biology offers training allowing each student to choose their preferred field and to acquire a wide range of key skills in biology as well as various cross-disciplinary knowledge. This Master offers an integrative approach: it begins with a common core of teaching providing in-depth knowledge in the main disciplines of biology, with particular emphasis on methodological and quantitative aspects. Then, it opens with six specific orientations. It thus presents a unique combination of research areas for which the UniNE Institute of Biology is particularly renowned. The student makes the choice of two orientations among the six, one of the two orientations corresponding to the domain of the subject of the Master's thesis.
