The developed comprehensive electronic system for monitoring the employment of graduates expands the current database of information on the employment of graduates and is primarily based on the interconnection of administrative data sources in combination with surveys. As a result, the results are based on information about the entire population monitored and are therefore exact and unquestionable. The developed system monitors the development of graduates' employment in the period since the end of their studies. By linking several administrative sources and using extensive algorithms, the working lives of different groups of graduates are clearly and relevantly identified. In addition to the input data itself, the system also includes the process of pairing and imputation, which results in the output of the entire system. The model of a comprehensive system for monitoring the employment of graduates maps the career path of graduates from the end of their studies. For individual groups of graduates, it is thus possible to identify their number, representation of individual sexes as well as where the groups of graduates ended up after graduation, ie whether they continued their studies at the secondary or university, they were employed, they worked on a contract, they were in kindergarten, resp. parental leave, have been registered with the employment, social affairs and family office or have decided to run a business. If the graduates were employed on a permanent basis, it is possible to identify their average gross monthly wage, median wages, but also what job position they worked most often and in which sector. In the case of the graphic element TOP 3 employment / TOP 3 industry, the size of the graphic element does not change depending on the share of persons in employment, resp. in the industry. It is set fixed. An important part is also information on how many graduates have been employed in the field of education. For this purpose, a methodology for the optimality of the field of education and employment performed was developed.
